2008 Ferrari 430 Scuderia 6-Speed Conversion
This 2008 Ferrari 430 Scuderia was first delivered to Ferrari of Atlanta in Roswell, Georgia, and it is powered by a 4.3-liter DOHC V8 paired with a six-speed gearbox that has been converted to manual operation. The car has 26k miles following registration history in Georgia, Florida, Texas, Ohio, and New York. It is finished in Nero over black and red Alcantara with yellow stitching, and equipment includes an S-Line Valvetronic exhaust system, Larini headers, 200-cell catalytic converters, 19″ BBS Challenge-style center lock wheels, an electronically controlled limited-slip differential, Brembo carbon-ceramic brake rotors, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, carbon-fiber-framed seats, a Kenwood stereo, and automatic climate control. This 430 Scuderia is now offered by the selling dealer with a window sticker, service records, an air compressor, a car cover, a clean Carfax report, and a clean New York title.
The exterior is finished in Nero, and additional equipment includes xenon headlights, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, a carbon-fiber rear diffuser, and dual exhaust finishers that exit through the rear valance. The front bumper cover is repainted in December 2021, and the rear bumper was repainted in April 2024. Chips are evident on the nose.
The 19″ BBS Challenge-style center lock wheels were fitted in October 2020 and are mounted with Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires. Braking is handled by red-finished brake calipers fitted over Brembo carbon-ceramic rotors. Ball joints were replaced in May 2021, tie rods were replaced in August 2021 and May 2022, the front brake pads were replaced in March 2023, and sway bar end links were replaced in September 2024.
The carbon-fiber-framed seats are upholstered in black and red Alcantara with yellow stitching and are mounted over exposed diamond-plate aluminum flooring. Carbon fiber trims the console, door panels, and dashboard. Equipment includes air conditioning, a Kenwood stereo, drilled aluminum pedals, a fire extinguisher, and power windows and locks.
The three-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel is equipped with an engine-start button as well as a manettino dial for control of dynamic settings. Instrumentation includes a central tachometer with an 8,500-rpm redline as well as a 220-mph speedometer and gauges for coolant temperature and oil temperature. The oil pressure gauge was repaired in August 2024. The digital odometer indicates 26k miles.
The mid-mounted 4.3-liter V8 features a flat-plane crankshaft, two overhead camshafts per cylinder bank, four valves per cylinder, and an 11.9:1 compression ratio. Output was factory rated at 503 horsepower and 347 lb-ft of torque in Scuderia trim, which is transferred to the rear wheels through a six-speed transaxle that was converted to manual operation at 9k miles by European Auto Group in San Antonio, Texas. The engine mounts were replaced in May 2021, and an S-Line Valvetronic exhaust system was fitted in December 2022. The selling dealer tells us that Larini headers and 200-cell catalytic converters have also been added. The battery was replaced in August 2024, and work in September 2024 included oil, coolant, and transmission fluid changes.
The window sticker lists initial delivery to Ferrari of Atlanta in Roswell, Georgia, along with factory equipment, colors, and a total suggested retail price of $291,234.
The Carfax report is free from accidents or other reported damage.
